• Planning and leading execution of 2 major project for records governance improvement, overseeing the cost, time, and scope management while communicating and coordinating deployment for the entire department with over 150 team members
• Prepation of comprehensive project proposal documentation including cost, time, and scope projections for records governance improvement projects
• Securing funding for future projects by presenting to management, communicating objectives, and justifying investment to improve business efficiency and reduce risk
• Gathering, manipulating, and transforming data to provide user-friendly visibility for key performance metrics and drive continual improvement
• Completing FEA studies for critical safety engineering assessments

Mechanical Design Engineer-in-Training

Possess 2 years experience as an Engineer-in-Training in the oil & gas industry, performing tasks such as:

• Validation of critical engineering calculations to ensure component compatibility and prevent mechanical failure of downhole tools during assembly and extreme loading scenarios
• Design of innovative downhole tools components based on extensive R&D and industry experience, performing FEA and physical testing to validate performance within design envelopes
• Preparation of CAD files and drafting of engineering drawings while maintaining close collaboration with manufacturing team to meet tight deadline and cost goals
• Coding of custom engineering calculators to predict tool performance, evaluate test data, and specify loading parameters for operation and assembly

Technician

Possess 7 months experience during summer in the oil & gas industry, performing tasks such as:

• Management of warehouse shipping & receiving bay to expedite tool delivery and repair, communicating with the office and service team to coordinate punctual shipments
• Servicing and fabrication of mechanical tools and systems to improve efficiency using skills such as MIG welding, oxyacetylene cutting, and lathe operation
• Inspection of CNC machined parts according to specification data and quality control blueprints to verify high standard of tools and compatibility of parts
• Consultation and deployment of a major office server upgrade, ensuring full client functionality, security of data, and minimal downtime
